Processing usually takes 1–3 business days unless the product has a listed lead time. After your order ships, expect delivery within 5–10 business days.

My order arrived damaged, what should I do?
Contact us within 7 days with photos of the issue. We’ll replace the item at no cost.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Please note that once the package leaves the United States, we are no longer responsible for it. If anything happens during international transit, we won’t be able to track, locate, or make any changes.
Can you make changes to shipments within the United States?
Once an order has shipped, we’re unable to track, modify, or reroute the package within the U.S. as well.
Are custom engraving orders returnable?
Custom-engraved products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Replacements are only provided for items that arrive damaged or defective.
