Shipping Policy

Online orders are shipped through USPS, UPS, FedEx.  Most orders are processed for shipment within 24 - 48 hours from the date of confirmation of your order; unless otherwise specified.​ Shipping charges original and return are non-refundable. Delivery timeframe refers to Mondays until Fridays only.  Do not include Saturdays, Sundays and holidays that fall on a weekday, when counting business days. Complete shipping times and cost will be provided during the checkout process before we ask for any payment details. Restrictions and/or additional fees may apply based on weight, size, contents, delivery time, or location. Shipping delay can occur if the incorrect address or zip code is submitted during the checkout process. If the shipping company is unable to deliver the package, we will contact you via phone or email. Upon receiving your order, inspect all shipping package/s and items thoroughly for signs of damaged, missing, or incorrect parts. We are not responsible for damaged, missing, or incorrect parts after 30 business days, regardless of which party is at fault. We are also not responsible for lost or stolen packages and all claims from such incidents must be reported and processed through the shipping company. 

 

Return Policy

If you're not satisfied with our products, we'll refund your money. Just return any new or unused part within 30 days and we'll refund the purchase price.

We will only accept authorized returns within 30 calendar days for products from the date the product was received by the buyer or original recipient unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase. 

Restrictions

- Items delivered more than 30 days ago. Unless there is a manufacturer defect of the product.

- Any part that was used, installed, handled, packaged, or shipped back improperly.

- Modified products that have been altered in any way.

- Custom-made products

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

All returns are subject to inspection. If your return is approved, we will initiate a full refund to your credit card or the original payment method. You will receive a credit within a number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. The amount of refund is subject to a restocking charge of up to 50% if the item is returned used or damaged.  Bonobo Products is not going to be responsible for installation or labor expenses, towing expenses, additional repair expenses or rental car expenses caused by the use of wrong or defective parts during installation.
